• "Services" include online reputation management, feedback collection, and review analysis tools.
• "Subscription" refers to paid plans for using GetRuf’s services.

To use GetRuf, you must:

• Provide accurate business and contact details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false, misleading, or illegal activity.

3.1. Subscription & Payments

• GetRuf operates on a subscription-based model.
• Fees are billed monthly or annually, as per your plan.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment gateways.
• Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

3.2. Acceptable Use

By using GetRuf, you agree to:
✅ Collect genuine customer feedback.
✅ Use the platform in compliance with UAE laws.
✅ Ensure that data shared is lawful and non-defamatory.

You must not:
❌ Use fake reviews, misleading information, or fraudulent content.
❌ Engage in hacking, spamming, or data scraping.
❌ Use GetRuf for illegal or unethical business practices.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these rules.

We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

• We do not sell or misuse your personal/business data.
• Your reviews are stored within our system, and only positive reviews may be redirected to Google Reviews, in line with our GetRuf Review Management System.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.
• You must not copy, modify, or resell any part of GetRuf’s system.

6.1. No Guarantees on Business Reputation

GetRuf provides tools for reputation management but does not guarantee business success, increased sales, or a specific online reputation outcome.

6.2. Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, GetRuf is not liable for:

• Business losses due to negative reviews or customer feedback.
• Unauthorized access to your data due to hacking or third-party breaches.
• Disruptions in service due to technical issues, force majeure, or regulatory requirements.

6.3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetRuf from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from your misuse of our platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• Payments are not made on time.
• Your business engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Upon termination, access to all GetRuf features will be revoked immediately.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or referred to the Dubai Courts, if necessary.
